Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the NannyMatch+ platform.

1. Service Description
NannyMatch+ is a matching and facilitation platform connecting families and nannies, and for Full Concierge clients, a managed search service. NannyMatch+ is not the employer of any nanny placed through the platform โ the family is. The platform facilitates introductions and provides tools such as matching, messaging, verification badges, and time-clock/payroll tracking. It does not guarantee a specific outcome, an employment relationship, or that any given match will result in a hire.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information in your profile, intake forms, and any verification documents. Each person may hold only one account; account sharing or impersonation is prohibited. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
3. Fees, Credits & Payment Terms
Use of certain features requires purchasing credits under our tiered pricing plans, each with its own expiry window and refund conditions. Full Concierge engagements are governed by a separate Concierge Service Agreement, which takes precedence for fee terms specific to that tier. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (Tranzila, Stripe, or a manual admin-grant bridge for exceptional cases); NannyMatch+ does not directly store your full payment card details.
4. User Conduct & Prohibited Activity
You agree not to circumvent the platform to avoid fees, including exchanging contact information before the platform's designed release point. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive conduct toward other users is prohibited. You may not submit false information in your profile, intake forms, or verification documents, and you may not attempt to access another user's account or data.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you submit (profile information, messages), but grant NannyMatch+ a license to use it for the platform's core purpose โ matching and displaying it to relevant matched parties. NannyMatch+ retains ownership of the platform itself, including its matching algorithm, badge system, and original content.
6. Verification & Background Checks
"Verified" status reflects completion of specific checks โ ID verification, reference checks, or background check completion โ but does not guarantee the safety, suitability, or conduct of any user. Families remain fully responsible for their own due diligence and final hiring decision.
7. Disclaimers
NannyMatch+ does not guarantee a successful match or placement beyond the specific guarantee terms defined for each tier (a 90-day replacement guarantee on EasyMatch+ and Smart Match+; a 180-day replacement guarantee plus a separate 45-day search-exhaustion refund for Full Concierge). NannyMatch+ is not a party to any employment relationship formed between a family and a nanny and is not responsible for either party's conduct once a placement occurs. Time-clock and payroll tools are provided for logging convenience only and are not a substitute for professional legal or accounting compliance advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NannyMatch+'s liability is limited, particularly with respect to the conduct of matched users following an introduction.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify NannyMatch+ against claims arising from your own misconduct, false information, or violation of these Terms.
10. Account Suspension & Termination
NannyMatch+ may suspend or terminate an account for fraud, harassment, repeated false information, or circumventing the platform.
11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Concierge-Specific Terms
Full Concierge engagements are additionally governed by their own separate Service Agreement, which takes precedence over these Terms for anything specific to that tier.
